The Calexico-County Enterprise Zone (CCEZ) designation gives businesses located in the greater Calexico Area of Imperial County access to significant tax credits against their California Income Tax.

The CCEZ includes the City of Calexico and unincorporated areas of Imperial County along the US-Mexican border, including both ports of entry. The Calexico area of Imperial County is an excellent area for new industry to locate. There are developed industrial parks with available land, existing buildings for both industrial and commercial uses, excellent economic incentives and available workforce.
